The Utilities Service Building, our main office location, is located at 1120 E. Huron, Ann Arbor. The entrance is located off of the N18 staff parking lot. For visitor parking see below.
The Central Power Plant (CPP) is located at 1120 E. Huron, Ann Arbor. The entrance to the building is located along Palmer Drive. Please note that the building access is restricted to authorized personnel and visitors with confirmed appointment. For visitor parking see below.
The North Campus Research Center (NCRC) Central Energy Plant is located at 2800 Plymouth Road, Building 80, Ann Arbor. Please note that building access is restricted to authorized personnel and visitors with a confirmed appointment. For visitor parking see below.
